崗位職責/職位描述

工作職責：
Repair and maintainall woodwork.
維修保養所有木制品。

Checkregularly door, door hinge, door closer, window, window lock, chair, table,carpet etc, and do quickly according to maintenance order.
定期檢查門、機械門鎖、閉門器、地毯、窗戶、窗鎖、桌、椅等，對維修單進行及時處理。

Work on daily trouble reportsassigned by room maintenance supervisor and report when jobs are completed.
根據客房維修主管分配的維修單進行維修，完成后及時反饋。

Keep the carpentryworkshop clean and tidy.
保持木工房干凈整潔。

Perform as a basicfire fighting member while on duty. React immediately to a fire alarm/informationin case of fire.
當班時應為義務消防隊的一員，一旦發生火情立即反應。

Maintainall the paint work in the hotel.
維修保養酒店所有的油漆工作。

Followthe instructions of the room maintenance supervisor.

按照客房主管的布置進行工作。

Workon daily trouble reports assigned by room maintenance supervisor and reportwhen the jobs are completed.
按照客房維修主管分配的維修單進行工作，完成后及時反饋。

Check regularlyemulsion paint of ceiling, furniture surface, wall covering etc. Do preventivemaintenance work according to schedule.
定期檢查天花乳膠漆，家具油漆，墻面等，做好維護保養工作。

Keepthe workshop clean and tidy.
保持工作間干凈整潔。

執行分配的其他任務。

任職資格：
? 具有維護或工程職位經驗，是在酒店業。

? 具備機械、電氣、管道和暖通空調系統的基本知識。 ? 擁有工程或維護方面的認證或技術培訓者優先。

? 具備強大的解決問題和故障排除技能。

? 能夠在快節奏的環境中獨立工作和作為團隊的一員工作。

? 具備良好的組織和時間管理技能。

? 熟悉安全法規和維護標準。
