崗位職責/職位描述

工作職責：
Assist General supervision of decoration technician and the allocation of work and distribution of the workforce in accordance with instructions from Duty Engineer.
協助全面管理裝飾班組的工作并按值班工程師的指令安排工作。
Schedule preventive maintenance for the room maintenance.
對客房作出維修保養計劃。
Supervise and coordinate the installation, renovation and modification in guestrooms.
監督和協調客房的安裝，更新和改造項目。
Follow up all the repair and maintenance work done by Engineering Department according to the check list and trouble report.
跟蹤檢查記錄和客房問題報告及時進行維修。
Assist in Energy Saving Program.
協助執行節能計劃。
Be responsible for recommending disciplinary action.
負責對下屬員工的過失行為提出處理建議。
Perform as a basic fire fighting member. React immediately to a fire alarm / information in case of fire.
應成為義務消防隊的一員。一旦出現火情立即作出反應。
Work on daily trouble reports assigned by maintenance supervisor and report when jobs are completed.
根據維修主管分配的維修單進行維修，完成后及時反饋。
Keep the working area clean and tidy.
保持工作區域干凈整潔。

任職資格：
? 具有工程或維護職位的豐富經驗，至少有 2－3 年的管理經驗，是在酒店業。
? 熟悉機械、電氣、管道和暖通空調系統。
? 工程、設施管理或相關領域的認證或文憑是一種優勢。
? 出色的領導能力和團隊管理能力。
? 強大的解決問題和決策能力。
? 良好的溝通和人際交往能力。
? 能夠在快節奏的環境中優先安排任務并承受壓力。
