工作職責：
To train and assist room attendants, to advise the superiors if performance is not
satisfactory.
幫助培訓客房服務員，如果服務員表現不令人滿意則可以知會行政管家。
To receive room attendant assignment from Asst Exec Housekeeper.
從行政副管家處領取樓層服務員的任務安排情況。
To attend daily briefing and receive special instructions.
參加客房部的晨會并且得到領導的特殊指示。
To issue keys and supplies to room attendants.
將樓層鑰匙和客房必需品分配給服務員。
To fill out housekeeper room reports.
填寫房間狀況報表。
To inspect check－outs before reporting them to Front Office ready for sale.
在將房間放給前臺待賣之前檢查房間是否已干凈。
To receive special requests from guests and carry them out.
知道客人的具體特殊要求之后并幫助其滿足。
To inspect areas cleaned, using check list to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in rooms are standard and rooms need for immediate repairing are reported.
根據檢查表檢查區域是否達到清潔標準，客房用品是否按標準補入充足，以及房間是否需要急修等，并全部記錄下來。
To make trouble report for room or item in need of repair and follows up to ensure work is completed satisfactorily.
準備需要維修的客房或房間用品的清單，并確保所有工作圓滿完成。
Precious L&F from work every day to verify the Order taker.
貴重遺留物每天下班要在文員處核實。
To supervise cleaning of guestrooms, corridors and stairs.
監督檢查客房、走道和樓梯的清潔衛生。
To supervise special cleaning of rooms.
檢查需要特別清潔的房間。
To check and order supplies for designated floors.
為指定樓層檢查、采購必需品。
To report suspicious persons or actions DO NOT DISTURB rooms, sleep outs, etc.
記錄匯報有可疑行為的客人和舉止，妥善處理“請勿打擾”的房間和外宿房等。
To prepare daily mini－bar consumption report and to supervise for replacing mini－bar stock.
制定每日酒水消耗單并且檢查確定客房酒水是否已補足。
To assist with inventory.
協助盤點。
