工作職責(zé):
This position is responsible for meeting and exceeding the revenue goals for the Corporate or government accounts, and by creative selling close cooperation with decision makers.

To understand and follow up hotel policies, departmental rules, and SOP.
了解及跟進(jìn)酒店政策,部門(mén)規(guī)章,和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作流程。
To make regular sales calls to all accounts under his/her. Daily visit 4-5 clients to different companies.
定期對(duì)自己的客戶進(jìn)行銷(xiāo)售拜訪。每日拜訪4-5家不同的公司客戶。
To research on new and potential accounts and explore their full potential.
研究新的潛在客戶,并發(fā)掘其全部潛力。
To entertain clients regularly and conduct hotel inspections. Weekly ENT 3 clients and invite 2 clients for hotel inspections.
定期招待客戶并邀請(qǐng)客戶參觀酒店. 每周需宴請(qǐng)3次客戶,以及邀請(qǐng)2次客戶前來(lái)參觀酒店。
Attend the sales briefing on daily basis.
出席每天的銷(xiāo)售簡(jiǎn)報(bào)。
To meet VIPs’ upon check-in.
幫助貴賓辦理入住手續(xù)。
To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outside catering events and coordinate with Banquet Department and follow-up revisions.
與客戶進(jìn)行關(guān)于宴會(huì)的談判,與宴會(huì)部門(mén)協(xié)調(diào)和后續(xù)修訂。
To carry out special projects assigned.

To maintain sales record of all accounts under his/her.
保留自己賬戶內(nèi)所有客戶的銷(xiāo)售記錄。
To meet and service in-h(huán)ouse FIT clients, groups and organizers.
滿足和服務(wù)于內(nèi)部客戶、團(tuán)隊(duì)和組織者。
To ensure a smooth responses to clients by communicating efficiently with the Sales Coordinator.
通過(guò)與銷(xiāo)售協(xié)調(diào)員有效溝通,確保順利有效地響應(yīng)客戶。
1)Negotiation for rates (Corporate and Travel Agents). 價(jià)格談判(企業(yè)及旅行社)。
2)Follow-up bookings status and to discuss group requirements (meeting arrangement, breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.). 跟進(jìn)訂單狀況,并討論團(tuán)隊(duì)客戶的要求(會(huì)議安排,早餐,午餐,晚餐等)
3)Follow-up on deposit. 跟進(jìn)押金。
4)To handle correspondence to agent / incentive organizer. 處理第三方代理和會(huì)議組織者的郵件。
5)To conduct hotel inspection. 進(jìn)行酒店視察。
6)To oversee that group orders are routed to all departments concerned.
監(jiān)督團(tuán)隊(duì)訂單發(fā)送到各有關(guān)部門(mén)。
7)To follow-up correspondence.
跟進(jìn)郵件。
8)Report new trends in the market and work with the Commercial Director/ Commercial Manager/ DOS/ ADOS in reviewing the strategy in a timely manner.
報(bào)告在市場(chǎng)上的新趨勢(shì),并與商務(wù)總監(jiān)、商務(wù)經(jīng)理、銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)、銷(xiāo)售副總監(jiān)及時(shí)審查策略。
9)To submit Sales weekly sales plan and sales report.
提交每周銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃和銷(xiāo)售報(bào)告。
任職資格:
1.Could write and speak Japanese.
具備日語(yǔ)書(shū)寫(xiě)口語(yǔ)能力。
2.Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel.
2年以上的酒店經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Pleasant personality, polite.
性格開(kāi)朗,有禮貌。
4.Independent worker and self-motivated.
獨(dú)立工作和自我激勵(lì)。
5.Team work.
團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
