烹飪管理專業(yè)畢業(yè), 擁有相關(guān)證書
客務(wù)繁忙時,要到工作間幫忙。
確保所有的菜肴符合菜譜的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
熟悉并能傳遞烹飪管理,菜單設(shè)計(jì)及操作技巧
具有國際品牌酒店2年以上餅房廚師領(lǐng)班的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Employee Specification
Qualification in Kitchen Production and Management
Works
in any sections of kitchen when necessary or as requested by the Sous Chef or
Chef de Cuisine.
Ensures
that all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to
standard recipes.?
Knowledge and hands on experience in Kitchen management, menu planning and operational skills
Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
