Major Responsibilities職責概要:
To assist the Loyalty Manager in all aspects related to Elite Members and Guest satisfaction. The Loyalty Executive needs to provide a high quality guest services. He/she must be knowledgeable with front desk daily operation routine, should be capable of handling guest request and complete setup for guest preferences.
輔佐忠誠客戶經理審查所有菁英會員相關的事宜和賓客滿意度。忠誠客戶主管需提供高質量的待客服務。必須熟知前臺每天的運營準則,有能力處理客人的需求和根據客人的喜好來布置房間。
Responsible for Elite and VIP guest arrival and departure, in room check in process. Daily Elite arrival and departure assistance, Elite and VIP room assignment, welcome amenities preparation, guest room check. Follow up on daily in house guest birthday amenities arrangement. Be visible and approachable in the public areas. Create relationship with guests and push positive feedback. Maximize on Elite arrival through GXP program.
負責精英會員和VIP客人的到店和離店,在房間辦理入住手續。協助每天的精英會員的和VIP客人的房間部署、歡迎禮遇的準備、客人房間的檢查工作、跟進每天住店客人的生日禮遇安排、公共區域的審查。和賓客建立良好的關系來推進良好的賓客反饋。最大化地利用GXP軟件來安排精英會員的預抵工作。
