Key Responsibilities:

? In charge of all procurement activities for the hotel;

? Plan and implement activities related to the timely and cost effective procurement, inventory control, procurement planning and quality control of production related raw materials as well as non-production related materials;

? Develop, implement and maintain procurement related policies, procedures, material control systems and metrics to reduce costs, streamline procedures and implement solutions;

? Identify and establish supplier relations; Maintain successful relationships with manufacturers and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain as scheduled and the maintenance of inventory at optimum levels;

? Accountable for procurement order approval and management of procurement module.


Qualifications:

· Luxury Hospitality segment experience will be preferred.

·?2+ years as Purchasing Manager at international hotels.

· Pre-opening experience will be preferred.

·?Strong interpersonal skills.

·?Good knowledge of Purchasing Management.

· Basic written & spoken English.
