崗位職責：
1、每日參加或召開餐廳會議，執行工作重點，及時傳達上級指示；
2、按工作程序做好與餐廳及廚房的溝通；
3、巡視、監督、檢查餐廳員工的各項工作；
4、根據工作需要，調配員工工作崗位，并上報經理批準；
5、掌握餐廳工作情況，及相關數據；
6、提供優質服務，處理顧客投訴；
7、完成經理交辦的各項工作。
任職要求：
1、 具有同崗位工作經驗1年以上；
2、 處理事情要迅速、果斷、準確；
3、 具有較好的協調能力。
