崗位職責：
1、清楚地了解婚宴銷售部目標和銷售目標的設置；
2、 清楚地了解部門和個人銷售目標；
3、監控銷售獎勵計劃，及時了解個人業績表現；
4、對所負責的市場區域不斷深入開拓及挖掘 ,并將開拓結果向宴會銷售總監匯報；
5、每周有效安排銷售活動并追蹤成果：按計劃走訪新老客戶，宴請目標客戶及安排酒店參觀，跟進宴會反饋及落實部門改進，為酒店持續增加生意；
6、監控婚宴客人及大型活動的消費率， 向宴會銷售總監建議應對措施，最大化酒店銷售收入；
7、執行高收益戰略來優化業務成果；
8、確保對于競爭對手活動、市場信息、客戶及行業信息的時時關注, 并在宴會銷售總監的監控下更新銷售策略，安排市場拓展、客戶拜訪等，確保對于潛在客戶市場的全面覆蓋，確保完成各項銷售指標；
9、時時監控追蹤所有宴會會議的預定狀態， 減少丟單數量；
10、時時監控并預測宴會銷售收入，及時采取措施，提高宴會簽約成功率；
11、與客房銷售部合作進行銷售活動；
12、支持各種形式的交叉銷售。
