【崗位職責】
1、與既有的客戶和潛在的客戶及合作伙伴保持密切的聯系。
2、收集市場信息，分析競爭對手動態，制定有效的銷售策略；
3、發揮創造力，為酒店的產品及部門做出應有的貢獻。
4、仔細計劃與客戶的會面，對預定的客戶實施客戶關系管理，完成銷售目標。
5、準備銷售報告，確保市場及客戶信息的準確性，以便于工作的跟進。
6、積極地傳播產品信息，在負責的市場內營造酒店的知名度。
7、協助計劃和配合銷售活動。
8、執行上級要求的任務，完成市場銷售目標。
9、完成上級交給的其他任務
【崗位要求】
1、具備較強的銷售能力和市場開拓意識，能獨立完成銷售任務；
2、良好的溝通能力和談判技巧，能夠與客戶建立信任關系；
3、具備團隊協作精神，能夠高效協調內外部資源；
4、對酒店行業有一定了解，熟悉銷售流程及客戶管理方法；
5、工作積極主動，抗壓能力強，適應快節奏工作環境；
6、熟練使用辦公軟件（如Word、Excel、PPT等）及酒店銷售系統(Opera等)；
國際聯號工作經歷：優先國內管理公司經歷：優先語言能力：英語-良好計算機能力：良好年齡要求：23歲以上
