工作職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)餐廳，落實(shí)各個(gè)時(shí)期的工作任務(wù)，確保為客人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的服務(wù)及做好成本控制；
2、主持餐飲部例會(huì)，完成上傳下達(dá)工作，制定餐廳服務(wù)工作規(guī)范及工作制度并確保落實(shí)；
3、制定各項(xiàng)餐飲推銷計(jì)劃與策略；
4、監(jiān)督員工按照規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對客服務(wù)；
5、處理賓客的投訴，不斷改善服務(wù)質(zhì)量；
6、定期檢查工作，控制各部門的收支狀況，制定餐飲價(jià)格，協(xié)助采購和盤點(diǎn)并有效控制成本；
7、抓好設(shè)備設(shè)施維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，做好餐飲安全和防火工作；
8、具有較強(qiáng)的社會(huì)活動(dòng)能力、組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作能力和實(shí)際工作能力，做好餐飲部與各部門的內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)及其他部門的溝通合作；
9、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交待的其他工作。
任職要求：
1、形象良好，性格開朗，有服務(wù)意識(shí)和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，抗壓能力強(qiáng)；
2、同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)2年以上。
