3、酒店市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)，客源組織和酒店商品客房、餐飲、會(huì)議銷售工作；
4、分析市場(chǎng)動(dòng)向、特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，簡(jiǎn)歷市場(chǎng)目標(biāo)；
5、走訪客戶，根據(jù)市場(chǎng)變化，并不斷改進(jìn)服務(wù)工作；
6、審核服務(wù)活動(dòng)策劃方案，組織員工工作；
7、簽訂住房?jī)?yōu)惠協(xié)議，旅行社房?jī)r(jià)協(xié)議及各種合作協(xié)議等；
8、統(tǒng)籌酒店內(nèi)外公關(guān)宣傳工作，審閱酒店對(duì)外發(fā)布的宣傳稿件；
9、完成總經(jīng)理交辦的其他工作。
