崗位職責：
1、清楚地了解宴會銷售部目標和銷售目標的設置，了解部門和個人銷售目標。
2、監控銷售獎勵計劃，及時了解個人業績表現。
3、對所負責的市場區域不斷深入開拓及挖掘 ,并將開拓結果向宴會銷售總監匯報.。
4、每周有效安排銷售活動并追蹤成果：按計劃走訪新老客戶，宴請目標客戶及安排酒店參觀，跟進宴會反饋及落實部門改進，為酒店持續增加生意。
5、每周、每月進行銷售業績回顧，并根據回顧結果采取必要措施，保證完成各項宴會銷售指標。
6、確保對于競爭對手活動、市場信息、客戶及行業信息的時時關注, 并在宴會銷售總監的監控下更新銷售策略，安排市場拓展、客戶拜訪等，確保對于潛在客戶市場的全面覆蓋，確保完成各項銷售指標。 ? 7、時時監控追蹤所有宴會會議的預定狀態，減少丟單數量。
任職資格：
1、具有酒店宴會銷售崗位工作經驗，特別是宴會的銷售，能結合行業特點開展整體市場銷售工作，有一定的客戶積累，團隊合作精神；
2、具有較強的人際溝通協調能力、計劃與執行能力；
3、工作細致、嚴謹，并具有戰略前瞻性；
4、具有英文口語及書寫能力。
