崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
一、崗位職責(zé) Key Responsibilities
1. 游艇展整體策劃與執(zhí)行
負(fù)責(zé)深圳灣游艇會旗下游艇展/海洋生活方式展全案策劃，包括主題定位、展區(qū)規(guī)劃、論壇、開幕儀式、品鑒晚宴、海上試乘試駕等核心環(huán)節(jié)，從方案、預(yù)算、招商、報批到現(xiàn)場落地、復(fù)盤閉環(huán)。
2. 品牌與高端調(diào)性把控
緊扣游艇會高端圈層、濱海奢享、海洋文化定位，把控展會視覺、流程、服務(wù)與嘉賓體驗(yàn)，打造灣區(qū)海洋文化展品牌。
3. 招商與合作資源拓展
對接游艇品牌、高端汽車、珠寶腕表、私人銀行、豪宅、航空等高端跨界海洋生活方式品牌，洽談?wù)刮缓献鳌①澲?、?lián)名活動，拓展并維護(hù)優(yōu)質(zhì)品牌資源。
4. 嘉賓與VIP接待統(tǒng)籌
負(fù)責(zé)會員、高端嘉賓、VIC客戶、媒體、品牌方的邀請與接待方案，設(shè)計專屬禮遇、私享環(huán)節(jié)，提升到場率與滿意度。
5. 供應(yīng)商與現(xiàn)場管理
管理搭建、燈光音響、演藝、禮儀、安保、海事、碼頭等多方供應(yīng)商，把控進(jìn)度、成本與質(zhì)量；展會現(xiàn)場總控，處理突發(fā)情況，確保安全有序。
6. 宣傳與流量運(yùn)營
配合市場團(tuán)隊完成展會預(yù)熱、媒體宣發(fā)、KOL探店、直播、社群運(yùn)營，提升展會曝光、票務(wù)/邀約轉(zhuǎn)化及行業(yè)影響力。
7. 數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)盤與迭代
展會結(jié)束后完成數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計、效果復(fù)盤、成本收益分析，輸出報告并優(yōu)化后續(xù)展會體系。
二、任職要求 Qualifications
1. 會展、營銷、廣告、旅游管理、航海相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. 3年以上大型展會/高端活動/游艇/奢品/酒店/文旅項(xiàng)目策劃執(zhí)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有游艇展、車展、房展、高端峰會經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
3. 熟悉展會流程：招商、布展、現(xiàn)場管理、海事/碼頭/安保/消防報批優(yōu)先。
4. 具備高端品牌資源、較強(qiáng)商務(wù)洽談與資源整合能力，審美高級。
5. 極強(qiáng)抗壓能力、多項(xiàng)目并行能力，能接受展會期間高強(qiáng)度工作。
6. 熟練使用PPT、Excel，具備優(yōu)秀方案撰寫與提案能力。
Job Description
Event Manager ? Shenzhen Bay Yacht Club – Yacht Show
Key Responsibilities
? Full-cycle planning and execution of the Shenzhen Bay marina Club nautical/ boat Show, including theme, layout, opening ceremony, forums, private dinners, sea trials, VIC experiences and supporting activities.
? Maintain the high-end positioning of the yacht club, ensuring the exhibition matches luxury marine lifestyle and high-net-worth client experience.
? Develop and negotiate sponsorship & exhibition cooperation with luxury brands: yachting, automotive, watch & jewelry, private banking, real estate, aviation, etc.
? Plan VIC & guest invitation, reception and exclusive experience to enhance attendance and satisfaction.
? Manage vendors, construction, AV, etiquette, security, marine and dock operations; control budget, timeline and quality.
? Support pre-event promotion, media coverage, KOL collaboration and live streaming to boost influence and traffic.
? Complete post-event data analysis, ROI review and summary report for continuous improvement.
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
? 3+ years of experience in high-end events, exhibitions, luxury, yacht, hospitality or lifestyle projects.
? Familiar with exhibition operations: sponsorship, booth sales, on-site management, venue and government approval.
? Strong business development, negotiation and resource integration skills; high aesthetic sense.
? Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Proficient in PPT, Excel and event proposal development.
