Duties And Responsibilities 職責和任務
1.Under the direct supervision of Chief Concierge, the Concierge provides assistance to guests in terms of concierge, luggage, valet, airport /train station and door services.
在禮賓主管的管理下,禮賓員提供幫助客人收送行李,代客泊車,送車送機及拉門服務。
2.The position is responsible for providing complete and accurate information in response to internal and external queries and assists in creating a favorable public image as part of the service.
對酒店內外的問詢負責提供全面準確的信息,協助建立良好的服務形象。
3.Inspects the Concierge area and nearby lobby area, ensuring that the cleanliness and orderliness are up to standard.
檢查大堂禮賓臺區域,確保衛生整潔有序,符合規范。?
4.Closely coordinates with The Royale Touch in message handling and delivery, ensuring appropriate tracers / records are updated.
與服務中心密切協作,處理遞送留言確保跟蹤報表和記錄及時更新。
5.Provides guests with needed information and assistance on a wide variety of topics and services, which may include but is not limited to the following:

6.Openly coordinates with other departments to ensure customer needs are attended to.

7.Maintains open lines of communication with other departments to ensure smooth handovers at all times.

8.Familiar with hotel policies, procedures, services and promotions.

Job Specification 工作要求
1. College degree or above.
大專及以上學歷。
2. Have the working experience in the concierge department, or the background that is equivalent to this education and relevant working experience.
擁有禮賓部工作經驗,或與此相當的教育和相關工作經驗結合的背景。
3. Excellent communication skills.
出色的溝通技巧。
4. Have a strong sense of service and professional skills.
具備較強的服務意識和專業技能。
