

崗位職責
1.要熟知菜單、食品配方及其它方面的知識以向客人推薦各種食品及飲料。
2.清潔并擦亮所有器皿。
3.保持工作場地及餐具室內物品的齊全、干凈、整潔。
4.添加所需的布品及操作設備。
5.從倉庫內領取物品。
6.根據標準的手冊來完成服務工作。
7.根據餐廳的規定來擺放餐桌。
8.結束服務后,要清理所有的飯菜,并清潔桌面。
Job responsibilities
1. Be familiar with menus, food recipes and other aspects to recommend various foods and beverages to guests.
2. Clean and polish all utensils.
3.Maintains complete, clean and tidy work area and pantry.
4.Add the required cloth and operating equipment.
5.Pick up items from the warehouse.
6.Perform service work according to standard manual.
7.Set tables according to restapolicy.
8.After service. clean all meals and clean the table.
