

崗位職責
1、與既有的客戶和潛在的客戶及合作伙伴保持密切的聯系。
2、高效認知和掌握銷售線索。
3、發揮創造力,為酒店的產品及部門做出應有的貢獻。
4、仔細計劃與客戶的會面,對預定的客戶實施客戶關系管理,完成銷售目標。
5、在所負責的市場區域內,監視和報告市場及競爭者的情況。
6、準備銷售報告,確保市場及客戶信息的準確性,以便于工作的跟進。
7、積極地傳播產品信息,在負責的市場內營造酒店的知名度。
8、在所負責的區域內,與市場銷售總監一起計劃銷售攻勢,并確保其實現。
9、管理客戶檔案數據庫。
10、執行上級要求的任務,完成市場銷售目標。
Job responsibilities
1. Maintain close contact with existing customers and potential customers and partners.
2. Efficiently recognize and master sales leads.
3. Give full play to creativity and make due contributions to the products and departments of the hotel.
4. Carefully plan the meeting with customers, implement customer relationship management for the scheduled customers, and complete the sales target.
5. Monitor and report on the market and competitors in the market area of responsibility.6. Prepare sales reports to ensure the accuracy of market and customer information, so as to facilitate the follow-up of work.
7. Actively disseminate product information and create the popularity of the hotel in the responsible market.
8. In the area under responsibility, plan the sales offensive with the marketing director and ensure its realization.
9. Manage the customer file database.
10. Perform the tasks required by superiors and complete the marketing goals.
