Manage Chinese Restaurant outlet on a daily basis and coordinate special events. Ensure ompliance with standards of service and operating procedures.

To provide an appropriate welcomeat Restaurants for guests and potential guests, maximizing their diningexperience using technical and individual social skills.
在餐廳適當地歡迎賓客和潛在賓客,使用技能和個人的社交技巧使客人獲得良好的用餐體驗。
Set up a database and guestinformation such as birthday, company address and preferences are recorded andupdated regularly. On their birthday, anniversary or ?the significant days, the supervisor herselfwill visit their company to deliver flowers, birthday cake and celebrate thespecial days with them. At least 20 crucial guests willbe visited during a year.

Effectively manage the restaurant by ensuring the following:

o Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual

o Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials; emphasis on up selling certain products; etc

o Personally meet and farewell a minimum of 80% of your customers
