崗位職責/職位描述
As a Duty Manager (值班經理）, we rely on you to:
作為值班經理，需要獨立承擔以下崗位職責：
1. Assist FOM to ensure smooth operation of front office. Be familiar with the functions of the front office service facilities and be in good condition.
協助FOM管理酒店前廳部的日常運營，熟悉前廳部服務設施的功能并保持良好狀態。
2. Maintain good customer relationship and be able to handle guest complaints independently and effectively.
保持良好的客戶關系，能夠獨立有效地處理客人的投訴。
3. To provide general management support throughout the hotel at all times, monitoring guest satisfaction, security, and employee' s activities.?
提供全面的管理支持，監督客人的滿意度，安全以及員工活動。
We are looking for someone who:
候選人應具備以下特質：
1. Minimum 1 years in the?same position in 5-star international hotel, preferably has hotel pre-opening experience.
1年以上國際五星級酒店同等職位, 具備酒店籌開經驗優先。
2. Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
良好的人際交往能力和溝通能力。
3. Good team player, build team morale and have passionate, energetic, fashionable personality.
良好的團隊合作精神，建立團隊精神，具有熱情、活力、時尚的個性。
4. Good execution and follow up.
良好的執行力和跟蹤能力。
5. Good at Microsoft office and Opera system.
熟練使用微軟辦公軟件和Opera系統。
