作為酒店高級銷售經理,需承擔以下主要工作職責:
1、制定并執行酒店銷售策略,確保完成年度及階段性營收目標。
? Develop and execute hotel sales strategies to achieve annual and periodic revenue targets.
2、維護并拓展重點客戶關系,包括企業客戶、會議團隊及高端渠道客戶。
? Maintain and expand key client relationships, including corporate accounts, MICE groups, and premium sales channels.
3、帶領銷售團隊進行市場開拓,監督銷售活動進展,提升整體銷售業績。
? Lead the sales team in market development, monitor sales activities, and improve overall sales performance.
4、分析市場趨勢、競爭酒店動態及客戶需求,提出有針對性的銷售方案。
? Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs to propose targeted sales solutions.
5、與收益管理、市場營銷及運營部門緊密協作,優化價格策略與客戶體驗。
? Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize pricing strategies and guest experience.

? Diploma or above in Hotel Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2、1年以上酒店銷售經驗,其中至少2年以上資深銷售或管理崗位經驗。
? Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, with at least 2 years in a senior sales or supervisory role.
3、熟悉本地及區域酒店市場,具備豐富的客戶資源和商務談判能力。
? Strong knowledge of local and regional hotel markets with an established client network and negotiation skills.
4、具備優秀的溝通能力、團隊管理能力及結果導向意識。
