崗位職責(zé)
1、熟練掌握酒店客房及配套設(shè)施情況，與既有的客戶(hù)和潛在的客戶(hù)及合作伙伴保持密切的聯(lián)系。
2、仔細(xì)計(jì)劃與客戶(hù)的會(huì)面，對(duì)預(yù)定的客戶(hù)實(shí)施客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理，完成銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。
3、在所負(fù)責(zé)的市場(chǎng)區(qū)域內(nèi)，監(jiān)視和報(bào)告市場(chǎng)及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者的情況。
4、準(zhǔn)備銷(xiāo)售報(bào)告，確保市場(chǎng)及客戶(hù)信息的準(zhǔn)確性，以便于工作的跟進(jìn)。
5、積極地傳播產(chǎn)品信息，在負(fù)責(zé)的市場(chǎng)內(nèi)營(yíng)造酒店的知名度。
6、在所負(fù)責(zé)的區(qū)域內(nèi)，與市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)一起計(jì)劃銷(xiāo)售攻勢(shì)，并確保其實(shí)現(xiàn)。
7、完成各種銷(xiāo)售報(bào)告，協(xié)助計(jì)劃和配合銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)，完成市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。
崗位要求
1、有1年同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2、掌握一定的市場(chǎng)、公關(guān)銷(xiāo)售知識(shí)和技巧，全面了解本酒店的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。
3、有較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)、推銷(xiāo)和交際能力及書(shū)面、口頭表達(dá)能力。
4、有銷(xiāo)售部、前廳部工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
5、身體健康，精力充沛，儀表端莊，反應(yīng)靈活。
