崗位職責(zé)：
1、組織并主持召開(kāi)本部門(mén)工作例會(huì)；制定前廳部的規(guī)章制度，完善部門(mén)運(yùn) 作；制訂本部門(mén)月度、年度工作計(jì)劃；提交本部門(mén)月度、年度工作總結(jié)；檢 查督促前廳部各分部完成每月采購(gòu)計(jì)劃及每月倉(cāng)庫(kù)物資領(lǐng)料計(jì)劃。
2、在總經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，執(zhí)行及匯報(bào)酒店優(yōu)惠房?jī)r(jià)、折扣、公司信用協(xié)議等 事宜；利用意見(jiàn)箱給予的反饋和建議促進(jìn)工作的改善，完成會(huì)員招募指標(biāo)及 郵件調(diào)查；向客人（潛在客戶(hù)）積極的推薦酒店的各項(xiàng)設(shè)施。?
3、處理前廳部的各種重大決策性事情，處理酒店對(duì)外郵件。?
4、接受專(zhuān)項(xiàng)任務(wù)和臨時(shí)性任務(wù)，根據(jù)要求進(jìn)行輪班，服從節(jié)假日的政策和 措施；參與重要賓客的接待。?
5、控制前廳部成本，嚴(yán)格掌管各分部領(lǐng)貨物品及數(shù)量，審核前廳部日常費(fèi) 用，電話(huà)費(fèi)，做好易耗品每月統(tǒng)計(jì)；合理利用人力資源，充分發(fā)揮員工的能 動(dòng)性和主動(dòng)性。?
6、檢查前廳部各分部的工作計(jì)劃完成情況，督導(dǎo)前廳部接待客人的服務(wù)質(zhì) 量，為商務(wù)客人提供優(yōu)越的商務(wù)設(shè)施，協(xié)調(diào)前廳部與其他部門(mén)的關(guān)系，發(fā)現(xiàn) 問(wèn)題需及時(shí)向上反映，并相互溝通，予以解決。 7、計(jì)劃、組織部門(mén)的工作，督導(dǎo)部署工作的開(kāi)展并評(píng)核部門(mén)的工作業(yè)績(jī)及 待業(yè)表現(xiàn)，對(duì)下屬進(jìn)行績(jī)效評(píng)估、試用評(píng)估及年終評(píng)估，報(bào)總經(jīng)理審批；培 訓(xùn)直接部署并督導(dǎo)對(duì)間接部署的培訓(xùn)，提升本部門(mén)人員的素質(zhì)。?
8、熟悉所有的酒店設(shè)施和服務(wù)；熟悉并遵照各項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)服務(wù)流程(SOP)作業(yè)； 熟悉并遵守酒店及本部門(mén)各項(xiàng)管理規(guī)章制度(P&P)，保持員工手冊(cè)上所列正 確的儀容儀表。?
9、保障酒店、人員的財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。?
崗位要求：
1、大專(zhuān)以上相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)歷或本科任 何專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)歷。?
2、五年以上前廳管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。?
3、可以熟練操作計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)、辦公軟件、網(wǎng)絡(luò)軟件系統(tǒng)，可以熟練的用粵語(yǔ)，英語(yǔ)與客人進(jìn)行溝通。
