崗位職責：
1、協助部門負責人完成公司通用規章制度的擬定、修改和編寫工作，協助參與專用標準及管理制度的擬定、討論、修改工作；
2、對文件中的重要事項進行跟蹤檢查和督導，推進公司的管理，監督執行各種規章制度，處理員工獎懲事宜；
3、搜集和了解各部門的工作動態，掌握全公司主要活動情況，編寫公司年度大事記
4、負責每月釘釘、人事信息系統維護及員工考勤、人力成本統計；負責薪資福利核算發放、五險一金、商險申報、辦理及理賠工作；
5、配合其他部門做好員工思想工作，受理并及時解決員工投訴和勞動爭議事宜；
6、負責各崗位職責說明書、績效考核表的擬寫及修改調整；協助制定公司及各個部門的培訓計劃和培訓大綱；
7、負責辦理員工入、離、調、轉等手續辦理，建立人事檔案并規范管理;
8、負責公司辦公用品、資產、文書管理、檔案管理，以及內外部文件等的監督管理工作等；
9、負責公司后勤管理工作，包括辦公室、宿舍管理等；
10、負責做好公司來賓的接待安排，組織、協調公司年會、員工活動對外宣傳工作等；
11、負責完成集團總部交辦事項、數據統計、按要求上交所需材料和信息。
崗位要求：
1、全日制本科以上學歷優先
2、經管類、法律、文秘、人力類專業優先等相關專業優先
3、2年以上中大型企業人事行政工作經驗，有酒店籌開經驗優先
4、熟練操作office辦公軟件，熟練使用excel、ppt者優先，具備較好文字功底
5、對企業人力資源管理模式有系統的了解和實踐經驗積累，熟悉六大模塊
6、懂得基本的商務禮儀，具有較強的學習能力、語言表達能力、人際交往能力、應變能力、溝通能力及解決問題的能力，較強的責任感與敬業精神，對人及組織變化敏感,具有較強的溝通、協調和推進能力，有親和力，思維活躍、視野開闊、工作主動
