崗位職責(zé)：
1、協(xié)助部門負(fù)責(zé)人完成公司通用規(guī)章制度的擬定、修改和編寫工作，協(xié)助參與專用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及管理制度的擬定、討論、修改工作；
2、對(duì)文件中的重要事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行跟蹤檢查和督導(dǎo)，推進(jìn)公司的管理，監(jiān)督執(zhí)行各種規(guī)章制度，處理員工獎(jiǎng)懲事宜；
3、搜集和了解各部門的工作動(dòng)態(tài)，掌握全公司主要活動(dòng)情況，編寫公司年度大事記
4、負(fù)責(zé)每月釘釘、人事信息系統(tǒng)維護(hù)及員工考勤、人力成本統(tǒng)計(jì)；負(fù)責(zé)薪資福利核算發(fā)放、五險(xiǎn)一金、商險(xiǎn)申報(bào)、辦理及理賠工作；
5、配合其他部門做好員工思想工作，受理并及時(shí)解決員工投訴和勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議事宜；
6、負(fù)責(zé)各崗位職責(zé)說(shuō)明書、績(jī)效考核表的擬寫及修改調(diào)整；協(xié)助制定公司及各個(gè)部門的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和培訓(xùn)大綱；
7、負(fù)責(zé)辦理員工入、離、調(diào)、轉(zhuǎn)等手續(xù)辦理，建立人事檔案并規(guī)范管理;
8、負(fù)責(zé)公司辦公用品、資產(chǎn)、文書管理、檔案管理，以及內(nèi)外部文件等的監(jiān)督管理工作等；
9、負(fù)責(zé)公司后勤管理工作，包括辦公室、宿舍管理等；
10、負(fù)責(zé)做好公司來(lái)賓的接待安排，組織、協(xié)調(diào)公司年會(huì)、員工活動(dòng)對(duì)外宣傳工作等；
11、負(fù)責(zé)完成集團(tuán)總部交辦事項(xiàng)、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)、按要求上交所需材料和信息。
崗位要求：
1、全日制本科以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先
2、經(jīng)管類、法律、文秘、人力類專業(yè)優(yōu)先等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
3、2年以上中大型企業(yè)人事行政工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有酒店籌開經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
4、熟練操作office辦公軟件，熟練使用excel、ppt者優(yōu)先，具備較好文字功底
5、對(duì)企業(yè)人力資源管理模式有系統(tǒng)的了解和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累，熟悉六大模塊
6、懂得基本的商務(wù)禮儀，具有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力、人際交往能力、應(yīng)變能力、溝通能力及解決問(wèn)題的能力，較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任感與敬業(yè)精神，對(duì)人及組織變化敏感,具有較強(qiáng)的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和推進(jìn)能力，有親和力，思維活躍、視野開闊、工作主動(dòng)
