崗位職責：
1、負責實現自己的市場部分的客房、餐飲、宴會的目標。
2、代表酒店通過客戶關系管理，與本地的客戶保持密切的聯系并推銷酒店。
3、與既有的客戶和潛在的客戶及合作伙伴保持密切的聯系，管理客戶檔案數據庫。手工或以電腦更新客戶檔案。
4、高效認知和掌握銷售線索。
5、發揮創造力，為酒店的產品及部門做出應有的貢獻。
6、仔細計劃與客戶的會面，對預定的客戶實施客戶關系管理，完成銷售目標。
7、在所負責的市場區域內，監視和報告市場及競爭者的情況。
8、準備銷售報告，確保市場及客戶信息的準確性，以便于工作的跟進。
9、積極地傳播產品信息，在負責的市場內營造酒店的知名度。
10、在所負責的區域內，與市場銷售總監一起計劃銷售攻勢，并確保其實現。
11、主動參與，完成各種銷售報告、協助計劃和配合銷售活動。
12、協助配合開發制作所有酒店促銷材料。
13、執行上級要求的任務，完成市場銷售目標。
14、評估個人表現，使之不斷提高。
15、完成市場銷售總監交給的其他任務。
任職要求：
1、具備領導才能，了解所負責部門對各職位的責任。
2、掌握使用互聯網及其它主要電腦系統的知識。
3、掌握應用銷售及前臺的電腦系統。
4、了解商務旅游、旅游業市場，會議旅游及餐飲銷售。
5、能夠掌握和理解市場和競爭。
6、必須具備良好的語言讀寫能力。
7、良好的電腦技能，至少會使用微軟視窗98以上操作系統、微軟辦公室97或更高版本、互聯網及其它的流行出版軟件。
8、良好的人際交往和溝通技巧。
9、獨立工作和團隊工作的能力。
