The Concierge is responsible for assist with guest to provide Concierge service in various area of hotel to maximize guest satisfaction. In additional to up-sell transportation to increase hotel transportation revenue.
禮賓員負責在不同的場合為客人提供全方位的禮賓服務來提高賓客的滿意度。同時通過售賣來增加酒店車隊的收入。
