崗位職責/職位描述
Job Purpose 職位描述Reporting to the Fitness Center supervisor, consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. To perform reception duties and ensure all the swimming pool area facilities are maintained in the best working and hygienic condition. Always pay attention to the safety of swimming guests, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
直接向健身主管匯報工作，始終提供專業、友好和有魅力的服務。負責接待客人，保證所有的泳池區域設備運作正常及干凈清潔，隨時關注泳池游泳客人的安全，保證客人滿意。
Primary Responsibilities 主要職責
確保所有泳池區域有充足的庫存物品，包括毛巾、水、飲料、雜志、報紙和便利設施。
· Be vigilant and responsible for the safety of all guests within the pool areas.
隨時警惕和負責游泳池區域內客人的人身安全。
· To maintain the cleanliness of pool area, pick up any trash and place into the garbage bin.
保持游泳池區域干凈，將垃圾投放到垃圾桶內。
· To ensure that all activities and job functions are performed in a safe environment using proper safety techniques.
運用正確安全的技術確保所有的活動及工作在安全的環境中進行。
· Check the water quality of the swimming pool regularly every day and record it.
每日定時檢查泳池水質并書面記錄。.
· Good command of rescue equipment and rescue skills. Master first aid skills and emergency medical procedures.
熟練運用救生器材和救生技巧，掌握急救技巧和緊急醫療程序。
· Before the emergency medical service ready to care and simple disposal.
在緊急醫療服務之前做好護理和簡單處置的準備。
Knowledge and Experience 知識和經驗
· Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written)
普通話說寫能力流利
· Must have the national occupational qualification certification swimming life-saving certificate
必須持有國家職業資格認證的游泳救生證
· At least 1-year experience in 5-star international hotel, be comfortable communicating with others
至少一年國際五星級酒店工作經驗，擁有很好的溝通能力
· Ability to operates the swim pool equipment, Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy period
熟練掌握使用泳池設備，面對大量工作時，能承受工作壓力，能處理緊急情況
