崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Job Purpose 職位描述To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all HVAC system in a productive and cost effective manner so as to operate the system in a most efficient and optimum condition.
接受工程部安排的維修任務(wù)，以高效率、低成本的工作方式對酒店進(jìn)行安裝、預(yù)防性的日常維修保養(yǎng)，時刻確保酒店得以高效正常的運作。
Primary Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
To develop and implement designed plan for equipment maintenance, take the lead in the processing of emergency maintenance train talent within department.
制定并執(zhí)行專業(yè)設(shè)備的維修保養(yǎng)計劃，帶頭處理里常應(yīng)急維修培訓(xùn)本專業(yè)人才· 。
Knowledge and Experience 知識和經(jīng)驗
Full understanding and knowledge of engineering operation in hotel
全面掌握酒店運作程序和知識
· Good coordination ability of organization
有較好的協(xié)調(diào)組織能力
· Practical experience in the field of M & E system pertaining to hotel operation
具有酒店相應(yīng)機(jī)電設(shè)備運行的實際經(jīng)驗
· Diploma in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent
具有機(jī)械或電力專業(yè)畢業(yè)證書，或相關(guān)專業(yè)證書
