The Concierge Supervisor is majorly responsible for ensuring to provide a timely and seamless service to all guests on daily operation. Furthermore the Concierge supervisor is also accountable to enhance the guest satisfaction service experience, and throughout up-sell to increasing transportation revenue.
主要負(fù)責(zé)與保持禮賓部團(tuán)隊(duì)在日常工作中為客人提供及時(shí)性和無縫對接的服務(wù),并為客人提供主動(dòng)且博學(xué)的服務(wù)來持續(xù)客人滿意的服務(wù)體驗(yàn),通過售賣來增加酒店車隊(duì)的收入。
Primary Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
· Handles guest and talent enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found.
禮貌且高效地處理客人及人才的要求,遇到投訴或問題,如不能馬上找到解決辦法,要向上級報(bào)告。
· Be familiar with all guest services, daily events and functions within the hotel and to ensure that all Concierge colleagues are also adequately furnished with such information.
熟悉和掌握酒店內(nèi)所有對客服務(wù)項(xiàng)目和活動(dòng)信息,并確保所有禮賓部的同事都能提供這樣的信息。
