1.Clean and service all guest villas according to the pre-determined standards as per schedules.
根據(jù)預(yù)先的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，清潔和服務(wù)客房。
2.Turn down guest rooms in a timely manner as directed.
按要求及時(shí)給客人提供開(kāi)夜床服務(wù)。
3.Reports engineering failures and breakdowns to supervisors immediately, report any damage or loss in a guest room immediately after being found.
及時(shí)向主管報(bào)告工程缺陷，發(fā)現(xiàn)房間任何破損和丟失馬上報(bào)告。
4.Clean and maintain housekeeping pantries ensuring par stocks are properly in order.
清潔和維護(hù)客房部的工作間，確保存儲(chǔ)物井然有序。
5.The guest supplies should be sent to the villa within 10 mins once the guest make requests to the HSKP.
一旦客人有需求于客房部，客用品需在10分鐘內(nèi)送達(dá)。
