崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
KEY RESULT AREAS 關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域
1.Comply with all hotel rules and regulations.
遵守酒店各項規(guī)章制度，嚴(yán)格按規(guī)范操作。
2.Polite to the guest and sales the other facilities positively.
禮貌待客、積極推銷其他設(shè)施。
3.To carry out the swimming pool regulation, and persuade guest who cannot jump、run and play near the side of swimming pool, persuade the person do not come into the swimming pool to have rest.
嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行泳池規(guī)定，禮貌勸阻泳客勿在池邊跳水、追逐、打鬧或非泳客人進(jìn)入游泳池范圍休息。
4.Stick to the post, people do not leave the pool, concentrate on thinking, reflect flexible, pay close attention to the situation of swimmers in the pool, find dangerous situations in time to rescue, to ensure the safety of swimmers.
堅守崗位，人不離池，思想集中，反映靈活，密切注意池內(nèi)泳客的情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)險情及時搶救，保證泳客的生命安全。
5.Assist in water quality treatment and maintenance.
協(xié)助完成水質(zhì)處理和保養(yǎng)。
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION 職位要求
1.Good knowledge and very familiar with swimming pool operation.
掌握并且十分熟悉游泳池工作知識及日常運(yùn)行。
2.Good swimming & first aid skills and products knowledge with recognize certificate.
良好的游泳技能及相關(guān)救生知識，持有國家相關(guān)授權(quán)機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的救生員認(rèn)可證書。
3.Have the water saving and man breath saving skills, should have the high responsibility for his job.
有熟練的水中救生和陸地人工呼吸搶救等技術(shù)，對本人的工作職責(zé)應(yīng)有高度的認(rèn)識。
4.Good communication skills.
良好的溝通技巧。
5.Positive attitude under pressure.
良好的心理承受能力，在工作中始終保持積極的態(tài)度。
