1.Direct and control all subordinate associates to ensure that all daily operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
指導并監(jiān)督下屬員工確保日常運營并達到客人期望值。
2.Provide guidance and assistance to the outlet associates helping them in the execution of their duties and responsibilities.
為下屬員工提供指引并輔助他們履行應完成的任務及責任。
3.Oversee the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed guest expectations.
執(zhí)行對服務流程標準的監(jiān)督以保證員工符合規(guī)定的標準同時達到或超越客人的期望。
4.Coordinate with relevant departments such as kitchen, steward, bar, housekeeping and engineering to ensure?the operation runs smoothly.

5.Assists in the planning and execution of promotional activities as directed.
