崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1.Receive all incoming calls in a courteous and friendly manner, responsible for accurate connection.
禮貌和友好地接聽所有的來電,并負責(zé)準(zhǔn)確的接轉(zhuǎn)。
2.Answer guest’s inquires over the phone or connect caller to relevant department.
回答客人的電話詢問或者將電話接轉(zhuǎn)至有關(guān)部門。
3.Responsible for booking and placing of guest long distance calls correctly.
負責(zé)準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)約和接通客人的長途電話。
4.Responsible for placing of guests’ wake-up calls accurately and timely, using guest’s name during the call.
負責(zé)準(zhǔn)確及時的為客人提供叫醒服務(wù),稱呼客人姓名。
5.Responsible for monitoring wake-up call log and take appropriate action if a call is not answered.
負責(zé)檢查叫醒服務(wù)記錄,并在電話沒有人接聽時采取適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧?/p>
6.Have thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and hours of operation, to ensure correct response to guests` questions.To take messages accurately and follow up it promptly.
充分了解飯店設(shè)施和營業(yè)時間, 確保正確回答客人的問題。準(zhǔn)確寫下留言并及時的跟進解決。
