崗位職責/職位描述
·To engage a handson approach to all stewarding operational tasks.
確保所有天花板、墻壁、過濾器和管道都得到有效清潔。
·To ensure that thestewarding operations adhere to all company and hotel policies and procedures,Operational standards and back to basic standards.
確保指定區域的夜間清潔工作按照酒店的標準進行。
·Ensure that aconsistent first class service of the highest quality is achieved andmaintained in all areas, whilst adhering to operational deadlines.
確保所有管事設備的使用安全、正確、清潔和保養。
·To coordinate andprovide to all outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment consistentwith the hotel standards.
啟動相關的維修報告和工作單,并對這些項目進行相應的跟蹤。
·Ensure that allover head ceilings, walls, filters and ducting are cleaned efficiently.
確保所有天花板、墻壁、過濾器和管道都得到有效清潔。
·To ensure thatnight cleaning in designated areas are carried out productively according toscheduled cleaning plans and as per Hotel standards.
確保所有相關的自助餐和陳列在客人到達之前準備好并符合酒店的標準。
·Ensure that allstewarding equipment is being used safely and correctly and that it is cleanedand maintained.
確保所有管事設備的使用安全、正確、清潔和保養。
·To initiaterelevant maintenance reports and work orders supported by the respective followup of those items actioned.
啟動相關的維修報告和工作單,并對這些項目進行相應的跟蹤。
·Ensure that allrelevant buffet / display set-ups are prepared ahead of guest’s arrival and inadherence with hotel standards.
確保所有相關的自助餐和陳列在客人到達之前準備好并符合酒店的標準。
·Ensure that buffetset up are correctly cleaned and maintained.
確保自助餐設備正確清潔和維護。
·Ensure that all wetand dry garbage is correctly stored and removed in accordance with hotelstandards.
確保所有濕的和干的垃圾都按照酒店標準正確地儲存和清除。
·To be demanding andconstructively critical in the cleanliness of all stewarding areas.
對所有管事部區域的清潔要求嚴格且有建設性。
