Responsibility for the daily administrative work of the HR Department.

Responsible for the circulation of all the forms and expense reimbursement, follow them up timely.

Responsible for the appointment, reception, arrangement and coordination of the applicants.
負責應聘人員的預約,接待和安排協調工作。
Prepare materials for the new colleagues, hotel I.D card and name tag.
為新員工準備入職材料,員工卡和名牌。
Opens and maintains a file for all colleagues.
建立和維護員工的檔案。
Maintains up to date personal records for all colleagues.
更新維護員工的人事記錄。
Responsible for the locker key management and distribution.
負責更衣箱鑰匙的管理和分發。
Prepare materials and prizes for various activities and awards.
為各類活動及獎項準備材料和獎品。
Responsible for the issue and management of meal vouchers for the outside dining staff.
負責外來就餐人員的餐券發放和管理工作。
Responsible for dealing with daily coordination of staff dormitory.
負責處理員工宿舍的日常協調工作。
Assist HRM to organize employee satisfaction survey, analyze and feedback the survey results.
協助人力資源經理組織開展員工滿意度調查,分析、反饋調查結果。
Responsible for assisting HRM to complete the arrangement and coordination of annual physical examination and annual blood donation activities.
負責年度體檢和年度獻血等相關活動的安排協調工作。
Assist HRM in dealing with employee conflicts, resolving employee complaints and labor disputes.
協助人力資源經理處理員工沖突,解決員工投訴和勞動糾紛。
Assists in the communication flow to all hotel staff through notice board, newsletter, bulletin and direct communication with staff regarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations.
通過員工布告欄,信函或直接聯系等方式,向員工宣傳好人事制度和酒店規章。
Offer any kind of help and suggestions to all concerned in dealing with personnel and training related matters.
在處理人事和培訓相關事宜時,為有關各方提供各種幫助和建議。
Participate in the construction of corporate culture, manage and optimize the hotel's employee relationship management system, and create a working environment and atmosphere in line with corporate culture.
參與企業文化建設工作,管理和優化酒店的員工關系管理體系,營造符合企業文化的員工工作環境和氛圍。
Complete other tasks assigned by HRM.
