1.?Efficiently coordinate the day-to-day operation of the front office operations

負責協(xié)調(diào)每日前廳部日常運營

2. Ensure that VIP guests are provided with personal, attentive and caring service

確保為給每個VIP客人提供殷勤、周到且個性化的服務(wù)

3. Responsible for HHonors program and benefits

負責希爾頓榮譽會員計劃及其相關(guān)待遇

4. Acts as a coach and mentor to team members, maintaining discipline as necessary

在工作中為員工樹立榜樣，必要時采取紀律措施，確保前臺工作

5. Actively takes part in training of team including involvement in personnel measures such as assessment of performance

積極參與團隊的培訓(xùn)，包括員工績效考核，如員工工作表現(xiàn)評估

6. Assists in identifying and development of high potential team members

協(xié)助發(fā)現(xiàn)并提拔有潛質(zhì)的員工

7. Attend career development training as and when required

在必要時參加職業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)

8. Be responsible for emergency and security related situations (SOS, fire bureau, PSB)

負責緊急事件和安全防范的相關(guān)事宜（國際醫(yī)療救助，火警，外來人口統(tǒng)計調(diào)查）
