• Be responsible for implementation of policies,standards and procedures.
• 負責公司政策、標準和程序的實現。
• Ensure the correct operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services.
• 保證機電設備的正常運轉及維修。
• Provide technical support and advice as necessary and assist with the fault diagnosis.
• 在需要時，提供技術援助和建議并幫助改正。
• Arrange maintenance service and follow maintenance requests from each department.
• 負責工程維修派工值班，安排各種報修工作的具體落實，及時完成各部門的請修任務。
• Assume responsibility for monitoring services, plant and building performance.
• 對酒店設備，機房和各方面運作情況負有監督責任。
• Maintain Duty Logbook and follow up with incomplete work immediately.
• 做好值班記錄，立即跟蹤未完成的工作。
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• 執行分派的任何合理任務和額外職責。
