Position Summary 職位概述

1. Advises improvements to the present system in order to optimize the operating efficiency and economy of the said system.

對現有的系統提出改進建議，從而優化該系統的運作效率和經濟節約。

2. Participates in Hotel Energy Conservation Program.

參加酒店節能計劃。

3.Attends to all work requests and repairs and maintenance works.

處理所有工作請求和檢修工作。

4.Provide special expertise to all repair and maintenance of various engineering equipment, plants and systems.

為各類工程設備、機房和系統的全部檢修和保養提供專業知識。

5. Responsible for servicing and attending to repairs on various types of equipment such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, including motors, pumps, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plant and electricity generators, electric lights & powers, CCTV, telephone, TV, fire lives and safety equipment & system.

負責各類設備的檢修和相關服務，如，洗衣設備、廚房設備、加熱設備、通風和空調設備、包括發動機、泵、風扇、水處理裝置、污水處理裝置和發電機、電燈和供電、CCTV、電話、電視、消防、生命與安全設備和系統。

6. Prepare spare parts lists for engineering requirements.

?根據工程要求準備零部件清單。

7.Prepares detail annual maintenance plan and periodic maintenance requirements for each respective item of those.

準備詳細的年度維護計劃和每個項目對應的定期維護要求。

8.Prepares monthly Maintenance Status Report.

準備每月的維修進度報告。
