Your day to day 日常職責
? 1.In the absence of a manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
? ?當經理不在期間，制作當班見報，確保其知道酒店的活動和操作要求。
? 2.Endeavours to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
? ?當班期間盡量解決顧客的不滿，并將所有的不滿之處記錄在案以備今后的提高。
? 3.Supervises cash handling and banking procedures
? ?監督現金收支和儲蓄程序。
? 4.Prepares daily banking and cash flow reports
? ?準備每日儲蓄和現金收支報告。
? 5.Establishes and instructs staff in cash security procedures
? ?建立和指導員工現金安排程序。
What we need from you 我們需要你具備
? 1.Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
? ?持有當地政府規定的含酒精飲品知識課程證書或食品服務許可證或有效的健康或食品上崗證。
