Your day to day 日常職責
? 1.Assist in the management of Kitchen Operations in a single food & beverage outlet or a shift, or section of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge.
? ?協助一家餐飲營業場所或一班廚房的運營管理或餐飲運營的一部份,包括菜單計劃和成本核算,組織特別活動,開發新菜,了解食品質量標準和關于產品的綜合性知識。
? 2.Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.??

? 3.Develop new dishes and products
? ?開發新菜和新產品。
? 4.Ensure that outstanding culinary technical skills are maintained

? 5.Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets, and current trends and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly.

What we need from you 我們需要你具備
? 1.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

? 2.Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
? ?持有當地政府規定的含酒精飲品知識課程證書或食品服務許可證或有效的健康或食品上崗證。
? 3.Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
? ?具有解決問題,推理,號召,組織和培訓能力。
? 4.3 years experience as a chef including at least 1 year in supervisory capacity or
an equivalent combination of education and experience.
? ?3年廚師工作經歷,包括1年的管理經驗,或與此相當的教育和相關工作經驗結合的背景。
