崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Your day to day 日常職責(zé)
1、Manages and monitors
the operation of all computer hardware, ensures all systems are working and
installed properly, and serves as the primary contact for servicing the
computer hardware
監(jiān)督和管理酒店的所有計(jì)算機(jī)硬件設(shè)施的運(yùn)行，確保所有系統(tǒng)的正確安裝和使用，是酒店電腦硬件設(shè)施的主要聯(lián)系人。
2、Ensures that all
systems are covered by the proper maintenance contracts and that preventive
maintenance is performed as required
確保所有系統(tǒng)均具備維修保養(yǎng)合同，并按照要求進(jìn)行日常的預(yù)防性維護(hù)工作。
3、Continually keeps
informed of IHG-approved systems and technology that may contribute to improve
hotel efficiency.
應(yīng)不斷了解洲際酒店集團(tuán)批準(zhǔn)認(rèn)可的那些能夠提高酒店的運(yùn)營效率的信息系統(tǒng)及技術(shù)。
4、Provide a monthly
written progress report to the Director/Manager of Finance and Business
Support, with copies to department heads.
每月向財(cái)務(wù)及業(yè)務(wù)支持總監(jiān)或經(jīng)理及其它相關(guān)部門主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提供書面工作進(jìn)展報(bào)告。
5、Manages the
configuration reports, job control languages, program files and data files on
the computer system(s) to ensure maximum operating efficiency.
管理計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)配置報(bào)告、程序控制語言、程序文件及數(shù)據(jù)文件，確保系統(tǒng)高效地運(yùn)行。
6、Monitors the
performance of the software and maintains a log book of performance report eg;
through systems measurement facility/utility, error and integrity check
reports, system malfunction and solutions.
監(jiān)督軟件的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，通過系統(tǒng)測(cè)評(píng)技術(shù)，記錄系統(tǒng)故障及錯(cuò)誤，形成系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行報(bào)告，并解決相應(yīng)問題。
7、Installs and tests
corporate approved program changes to the hotel computer system(s).
將公司批準(zhǔn)的軟件安裝到酒店計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)上并予以測(cè)試。
8、Investigates and
reports software problems to the vendor, or to the Regional, Area or Corporate
Office.
調(diào)查并向供應(yīng)商，集團(tuán)區(qū)域或地區(qū)辦公室匯報(bào)所有的計(jì)算機(jī)軟件的問題。
What we need from you 我們需要你具備
1、Understand IHG’s
Policy & Procedure of Asset Management. Prepare regular reports and
records. Assist to monitors the maintenance of OE & FF&E across hotel
to ensure the vitalization of assets.
了解洲際酒店集團(tuán)的資產(chǎn)管理政策和程序編制定期報(bào)告和記錄。協(xié)助監(jiān)控整個(gè)酒店 OE & FF&E 的維護(hù)，確保資產(chǎn)合理使用。
2、Develops and
implements financial and audit programs which ensure hotel is compliant with
all local laws and regulations as well as reporting mandates.
制定和實(shí)施財(cái)政和審計(jì)計(jì)劃，確保酒店符合所有當(dāng)?shù)氐姆珊头ㄒ?guī)以及報(bào)告要求。
3、Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.?
具有計(jì)算機(jī)，信息技術(shù)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)W士學(xué)位。
4、3 years related
experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related
experience.
三年相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或與此相當(dāng)?shù)慕逃拖嚓P(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)合的背景。
