1.對瓷器、杯具和餐具進(jìn)行庫存管理。
Conductschina, glass and silver inventories.
2.確保所有的準(zhǔn)備工作已經(jīng)在開餐之前準(zhǔn)備到位。
Ensure mise-en-place is completed prior to service.
3.積極主動的監(jiān)督廚房凍庫衛(wèi)生以確保廚房營運(yùn)的衛(wèi)生和安全。
Supervise and take active part in cleaning kitchen chillers to ensure that is clean and safe for operation.
4. 確保供應(yīng)商及時的到貨。
Ensure that the suppliers are picked up in time.
5.熟悉廚房的設(shè)施設(shè)備。
Be familiar with kitchen equipments.
6.完成其它分配的工作。
Complete other duties as assigned.
7.確保酒店所有的乃至最細(xì)小的品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都要被貫徹執(zhí)行。
Ensure that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
任職要求 Qualifications
1.至少1年酒店餐飲工作經(jīng)驗在同等職位。
