1.禮貌而高效地處理所有客人和內(nèi)部客人的投訴和詢問(wèn)，確保問(wèn)題得到圓滿解決。
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
2.與客人建立并保持良好的客戶關(guān)系。
Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
3.確保遵守品牌承諾以追求利潤(rùn)大化為原則進(jìn)行部門運(yùn)作。
Assist to ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.
4.對(duì)菜單上的所有菜品和飲料有全面的知識(shí)和理解，并能推薦菜品和飲料的搭配及促銷。
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
5.需要時(shí)參加培訓(xùn)課程和會(huì)議。
Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
6.執(zhí)行分派的任何合理任務(wù)和額外職責(zé)。
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
任職要求 Qualifications
1.高中及以上學(xué)歷，酒店管理相關(guān)專業(yè)。
High School graduate or above, hotel Management or equivalent.
2.至少1年在同等職位上的管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
At least 1 year working experience on the same position in RB&E.
3.性格成熟、工作獨(dú)立、機(jī)智靈敏，人際交流與溝通技能出色。
Mature, independent, tactful with good interpersonal & communication Skills.? ? ? ?
