Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
3.以誠懇有效的方式處理所有客人和內部客戶的投訴和查詢，以確保問題得到圓滿解決。?
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
4.建立并維持與客人的良好關系。?
Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
5.經常性去確認餐廳的客人是否享受到我們最好的服務。?
Personally and frequently verify that guests at restaurants are receiving the best possible service.
6.在餐廳高峰時段進行巡查，以確保餐廳被我們的同事管理得很好，餐廳的功能達到最大的使用。?
Spend time at restaurant (during peak periods) to ensure that they are managed well by the respective colleagues and functions to the fullest expectations.
7.確保遵守品牌承諾以追求利潤極大化為原則進行部門運作。
Assist to ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.
8.協助餐廳經理達到月度和年度個人目標和餐廳營業收入。
Assist the Restaurant Manager to achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the outlet's revenue.
9.確保與財務記錄的保留、錢款處理和許可以及及時而準確的財政信息的上報全部符合酒店、公司和本地的制度、政策和規章的規定。
Ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
任職要求 Qualification
1.至少1年在同等職位上的管理工作經驗。
At least 1 year working experience on the same position in RB&E.
2.性格成熟、工作獨立、機智靈敏，人際交流與溝通技能出色。
Mature, independent, tactful with good interpersonal & communication skills.
