Job Description:
1.通過制定和執行工作方案來開發新業務客戶,維護現有業務客戶。
1.Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
2.參加客戶拜訪。
2.Participate in conducting client interviews.
3.監測同檔次酒店并與經理就策略的更改進行交流。
3.Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Manager.
4.招待潛在客戶和現有重要客戶以獲得業務和創造更多銷售額。
4.Entertain prospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further sales.
5.執行使客人熟悉環境的現場考察活動。?
5.Conduct familiarizations and site inspections.
6.每月實現預算目標和新的業務目標。
6.Achieve monthly budget goals and new business targets.
7.建立和維護與酒店的各部門的良好工作關系,例如:前臺、餐飲、財務和預訂部門。
7.Set up and maintain good working relationship with all other areas of the hotel’s operations, such as Front Office, Food and Beverage, Accounting, Reservations etc.
8.與業務供應方、會展策劃人、游客或會展旅行代理、旅行社、航空公司、公司、政府部門及其它與酒店業務密切相關方建立和保持聯系。
8.Develop and maintain contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, Visitors/Convention Bureau travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel Business.
崗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.大專及以上文化程度,優秀的中英文聽說讀寫能力。
1. College degree or above, excellent Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
2.至少3年的酒店銷售經驗,有很強的星級酒店市場及生意拓展理念。
2.Minimum of 3 years Sales management experience and a?strong understanding of overall hotel business.
3.必須有了解、影響酒店業的當地市場情況的能力。
3.Must have the ability to understand local markets that affect the business of the hotel.
4.具有很強的學習能力,分析和解釋復雜的活動和/或信息,以提高新的實踐和發展的新方法。
4.Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches.
