崗位職責
1、與既有的客戶和潛在的客戶及合作伙伴保持密切的聯系。
2、高效認知和掌握銷售線索。
3、代表酒店參加相關銷售活動。
4、發揮創造力，為酒店的產品及部門做出應有的貢獻。
5、仔細計劃與客戶的會面，對預定的客戶實施客戶關系管理，完成銷售目標。
6、在所負責的市場區域內，監視和報告市場及競爭者的情況。
7、準備銷售報告，確保市場及客戶信息的準確性，以便于工作的跟進。
8、積極地傳播產品信息，在負責的市場內營造酒店的知名度。
9、在所負責的區域內，計劃銷售攻勢，并確保其實現。
10、主動參與，完成各種銷售報告。
11、協助計劃和配合銷售活動。
12、協助配合開發制作所有酒店促銷材料。
13、管理客戶檔案數據庫，手工或以電腦更新客戶檔案。
14、不斷地對下屬員工給予持續建議及支持。
15、執行上級要求的任務，完成市場銷售目標。
16、遵守酒店酒店的員工守則。
17、遵守酒店酒店的政策及程序。
18、堅持不斷的對自己的表現進行分析評估。

Built to five-star standards, it is Yinchuan’s first hotel themed around modernity, fashion, and art.With fashion as its core theme, the hotel features a contemporary and avant-garde décor that harmoniously blends nature and art, creating an atmosphere full of vitality. Abundant postmodern design elements and abstract artistic touches contribute to a distinctive, sensory-rich environment that is both stylish and personal.The hotel has a total floor space of 24,000 square meters. It includes one large banquet hall and three meeting rooms of varying sizes, all equipped with fully electronically controlled conference facilities, making it suitable for a wide range of events such as business meetings, seminars, product displays, and press conferences.There are 130 well-designed and exquisitely decorated guest rooms and suites with views, including hotel apartments, business rooms, executive suites, chairman suites, and a presidential suite, catering to the diverse needs of different guests.The hotel’s distinctive restaurants offer a selection of Chinese and international cuisines along with fine wines, delivering memorable dining experiences.
