【崗位職責】
1、負責酒店賓客關系的日常維護與管理，確保為客人提供優質、個性化的服務體驗；
2、主動與客人溝通，了解其需求及反饋，及時協調相關部門解決問題，提升客戶滿意度；
3、處理客人投訴及突發事件，確保問題得到高效、妥善的解決，維護酒店品牌形象；
4、建立并完善客戶檔案，定期分析客戶需求及行為習慣，為酒店服務優化提供數據支持；
5、協助策劃并執行客戶關懷活動，增強客戶忠誠度及復購率；
6、與前臺、客房、餐飲等部門緊密協作，確保服務流程順暢，提升整體運營效率；
7、定期提交賓客關系分析報告，為管理層提供決策參考。
【崗位要求】
1、具備良好的溝通能力與服務意識，能夠靈活應對各類客戶需求；
2、具有較強的應變能力與抗壓能力，能夠妥善處理突發情況；
3、性格開朗、親和力強，善于與不同背景的客人建立良好關系；
4、具備團隊協作精神，能夠與各部門高效配合；
5、對酒店行業有熱情，愿意長期從事客戶服務工作；
6、熟練使用辦公軟件（如Word、Excel等），具備基本的數據分析能力；
7、有酒店或服務行業相關經驗者優先，無經驗者可接受培訓上崗。

Built to five-star standards, it is Yinchuan’s first hotel themed around modernity, fashion, and art.With fashion as its core theme, the hotel features a contemporary and avant-garde décor that harmoniously blends nature and art, creating an atmosphere full of vitality. Abundant postmodern design elements and abstract artistic touches contribute to a distinctive, sensory-rich environment that is both stylish and personal.The hotel has a total floor space of 24,000 square meters.
