崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
- Under the generaldirection of the Front Desk Supervisor and within the limits of established New World Hotels brand and local policies and procedures,performs all aspects of Front Desk services, such as check-in, check-out,cashiering, up selling etc. to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.
- 在酒店前臺(tái)主管、新世界酒店品牌政策及當(dāng)?shù)卣ㄒ?guī)的指導(dǎo)下，操作并完成前臺(tái)的所有服務(wù)如入住、退房、收銀, 銷售等，盡可能提高客人的滿意度。
- Maintain complete knowledge of all departmental policies and comply withall departmental policies, service procedures and standards (Hotel & LQA)on a daily basis.
- 保持對(duì)所有部門政策的全面了解，每天遵守所有部門政策、服務(wù)程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(酒店和LQA)。
- Monitor TrustYou and take necessary action to ensure service level andengagement are always up to hotel standard and goal set by the management inorder to maintain high customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.
- 監(jiān)管TrustYou，采取必要的行動(dòng)以確保服務(wù)水平和客戶滿意度始終符合酒店的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和管理層設(shè)定的目標(biāo)，以保持高的客戶滿意度和忠誠(chéng)度。
- Under the general direction of the Manager and within the limits of established New World Hotels brand and local policies and procedures, performs all aspects Guest Relations services, such as Guest engagement, Guest recognition, SAG coordination and welcome... to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.
- 在經(jīng)理的總體指導(dǎo)下，在新世界酒店品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及當(dāng)?shù)卣叩姆秶鷥?nèi)，全面開(kāi)展賓客關(guān)系服務(wù)，如賓客參與、賓客認(rèn)可、SAG協(xié)調(diào)、歡迎等，以達(dá)到客人的最高滿意度。
