崗位職責/職位描述
1. 在市場傳訊經理的指導和監督下，確保所有酒店印刷品及宣傳資料符合品牌標準并且高質量呈現；在遵循品牌標準及指導原則的前提下，支持配合酒店運營部門的工作并符合商業需要。
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Marcom
Manager and to ensure all hotel collateral are on brand and support operation
departments to meet business needs according to high standard while maintaining
good relationship with media.
2. 負責酒店廣告、宣傳印刷品和其他項目的制作。
Undertakes production of advertisements, hotel
collateral and other projects.
3. 提交具有創意的新理念以提高宣傳印刷品的整體標準。
Proposes new and creative
ideas/concepts to improve overall collateral standards.
4. 研究和準備方案、設計樣稿和相關物料，熟悉指派的項目。
Studies and prepares layouts,
sketches of proposed illustrations, and related materials to become familiar
with assignment.
5. 聯絡采購部并與供應商和其他部門合作，專業的完成所有項目。
Liaises with Purchasing
Department and works with suppliers and other departments to professionally and
competently execute all projects.
6. 協助酒店內部宴會和活動的攝影，包括員工活動或重要客戶到達時的拍攝。
Assists with internal photography of events, including employee related events, or VIP arrivals where required.
