To assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that theoutlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement,providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Handles all guest and internal customer complaintsand inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to makesure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Is familiar and has good knowledge of theBar/ Club’s menu and wine list.
