崗位職責/職位描述

此職位可包含但不僅限于公司、旅行社、會務方向。
1.Develop relevant sales plan.擬定相關銷售計劃。
2.Plan sales call activities under the direct approval of DOS to major marketing areas, calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific areas.擬定銷售總監(jiān)審核的主要市場電話銷售計劃，致電潛在客戶并有針對性的進行銷售。
3.Provide information on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct mail. Arrange and accompany guests on hotel site inspection tour.以直接郵件的方式提供市場變動的相關信息，包括競爭對手的趨勢等。安排和陪同客戶進行酒店的免費參觀住宿等行程。
4.Sales Targets: To achieve sales targets and guarantee high yields with the specific sales action plan.銷售目標：達到銷售目標并保證與銷售計劃保持一致的高產(chǎn)量。
5.Promote and distribute promotions to targeted accounts.給予目標客戶相關促銷計劃。
崗位要求
1.Associate degree or above. 全日制大專（含）以上學歷。
2.1-3 years Sales management experience. 1-3年的酒店銷售經(jīng)驗。
3.Must have the ability to understand local markets that affect the business of the hotel. 必須有能力了解，影響酒店業(yè)的當?shù)厥袌銮闆r。
4.A strong understanding of overall hotel business. 有很強的星級酒店市場及生意拓展理念。
5·Ability to communicate at all levels. 優(yōu)秀的與各個階層的溝通能力。
6.Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.始終保持良好和專業(yè)的形象。
